TeamworX Construction Engineering offers any or all of the below services to its Clients:

Clients ideas are analyzed and transferred into clear drawings and other documentation in order to establish the feasibility of a project.

Client’s sketches, ideas are translated into proper concept drawings which can be utilized to determine the feasibility of a project or as the prelude for the next design phase.

Based on concept designs preliminary designs are prepared to enable pricing and contracting to take place.

After detailed design drawings are agreed detailed engineering can be done which will be detailed enough to build from. It will also include the necessary engineering calculations.

• As Built Drawings

Upon completion of the project as built drawings incorporating the latest changes can be prepared, which will be an asset for the Client to accommodate future changes or expansion of their facilities.

Some Clients may need a second opinion or design verification on the design of their Consultant. TeamworX can provide this independent service.

Based on any of the above, developed within TeamworX or outside TeamworX complete technical documentation can be prepared for bidding by contractors on a project.

During the construction of projects circumstances may change and technical advice is provided.

In certain circumstances Clients may require specialist advice. This could be related to soil condition, survey and the like.

For the above services TeamworX is utilizing professional and experienced engineers from Indonesia and abroad working to international standards and codes who are continuously developing their know how through self development, training and seminars in order to be up to date with the latest engineering technology.

In addition up to date hardware and software is utilized in order to provide the quality of documentation and services the Clients require.
