Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager

Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Proficiency in Ms. Project, Primavera, Procore

Familiar with standard and code (PMBOK / PMI)
Job Description

Responsible for the overall project cycle, from tender process to the completion of construction

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and deadlines

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and risk management strategies

Oversee all aspects of the project cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and management

Estimate budget and resource management

Identify and monitor risk project

Ensure that deliverables meet quality standard and project requirements
