DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Your journey begins here, as you embark on realizing your vision.

We are here to listen to you and engage in brainstorming sessions to generate exceptional designs. Our team of expert modelers utilizes cutting-edge software like REVIT, a state-of-the-art BIM solution, to bring your designs to life.

Our advanced software (BIM) offers a multitude of advantages, including seamless integration of various disciplines such as architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems into a unified model. This comprehensive approach enables early identification and resolution of design clashes or conflicts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

SCHEMATIC

DESIGN

Converting sketches and ideas into concept drawings to evaluate project feasibility and shape the next design phase. Our Concept Design includes facility block plans and expansion options. The LOD100 is going to be produced for this stage of process

At this stage, we determine major parameters such as area, height, volume, location and orientation.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Following client approval of the Schematic Design, we advance to the Design Development stage, which encompasses the creation of complete preliminary section, elevation and details, creating a LOD 200 3D model.

Elements are now modelled with approximate quantities, size, shape, location and orientation with possibility of  embedding non-geometric informations

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Following client approval of the Design Development, we advance to the Construction Documentation phase, which encompasses the creation of comprehensive technical documents for bidding and contracting
