Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a HVAC Supervisor in Industrial and Commercial Buildings Construction

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical 

  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Job Description

  • Test and investigate materials on site for ITP approval

  • Assist and provide guidance on site team regarding HVAC technical issues

  • Ensure all the HVAC works are done based on the approved drawings

  • Ensure incoming materials are according to the technical specifications

  • Check the ongoing and completed works by Contractors with the Supervisor

  • Examine Contractor's working procedure

  • Ensure all physical works on site comply with applicable saftey standard

  • Dismiss any works on site that do not follow the method, specification, drawing and safety procedures

  • Check the shop drawings
