Qualifications

Minimum Vocational High School graduate.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Modeler.

Familiar with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Experience in industrial facility projects is required.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of mechanical services layout and coordination.
Job Description

Model mechanical systems (piping, plumbing, equipment layout) using Revit MEP.

Collaborate with BIM Coordinator and engineers, also other disciplines to resolve coordination issues.

Interpret mechanical design schematics and translate them into 3D models.

Participate in clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
