Qualifications

Minimum Vocational High School graduate.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Modeler.

Proficient in modeling steel, concrete, and foundation systems.

Experience in industrial facility projects is required.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of structural detailing standards and practices.
Job Description

Create and modify structural models in Revit for concrete and steel structures.

Coordinate with BIM Coordinator, civil and architectural modelers to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Generate detailed structural drawings and schedules.

Participate in clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
