Qualifications

  • Minimum Vocational High School graduate.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Modeler.

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site development.

  • Proven experience in industrial project design.

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D.

  • Familiar with local civil standards and codes.

Job Description

  • Develop detailed 3D civil models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate with BIM Coordinator, structural and architectural modelers to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

  • Prepare layout drawings, grading, site development, and other civil components.

  • Participate in clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
