HSE Officer for Construction Management

Our current project in Batam seeks for  a HSE Officer specialized in Industrial and Commercial Buildings Construction. He/she needs to be certified General K3 and K3 Construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a HSE Officer in Industrial and Commercial Buildings Construction

  • Certified AK3 Umum and K3 Konstruksi, active license is preferably 

  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Job Description

  • Prepare safety plan for the project and seek Client’s approval

  • Investigate and report industrial accidents and injuries to determine causes and preventive measures

  • Coordinate induction courses, safety trainings, weekly safety trainings and toolbox meetings​​

  • Inspect and approve equipment used on site 

  • Maintain safety performance

  • Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
