Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction consulting company.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building regulations, and construction methods.

  • Experience in preparing design drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Job Description

  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.

  • Prepare schematic, design development, and construction drawings.

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

  • Review and ensure design compliance with local regulations, codes, and client requirements.

  • Participate in design meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

  • Provide technical support and design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural reports, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Conduct site visits when required to support design coordination and project implementation.
