Qualifications

Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a CSA Supervisor in Industrial and Commercial Buildings Construction
Willing to be placed in Batam
Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Receive the technical information required from project leader
Supervise and guide contractor's work to meet the quality requirements
Check the shop drawings
Check material and trial test
Check contractor's daily report
Ensure manpower number and material status are suitable for contractor execution
Ensure all the contractor activities are following the safety regulation
Collect data for weekly / monthly report
Inspect all works are according to the ITP
Conduct internal coordination among supervisors
