HVAC Engineer (for Design and Engineering)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering, including handling complex and large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, chilled water systems, etc.)
Good understanding of building services coordination and MEP systems integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Willing to work full-time from Head Office (WFO)

Design HVAC systems including cooling load calculation, ducting, piping, and equipment selection
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications
Perform heat load calculations and system sizing using industry-standard software
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration
Review and interpret project requirements, technical specifications, and standards
Conduct technical evaluations of HVAC equipment and materials
Support project execution team during construction and provide technical clarification
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, international codes, and company standards
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and optimization processes
